Fees

Insurance and Fees:

At this time, I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance. Clients covered by insurance may be eligible for out-of-network benefits and reimbursements, as determined by your individual insurance plan. I provide my clients with all necessary forms (i.e. “superbills”) which can then be submitted to insurance for timely reimbursement. Please review your coverage and contact your insurance provider to determine eligibility for out-of-network benefits and reimbursement.

I accept private payments from clients who elect to pay out-of-pocket.

Free initial phone consultation:

  • The primary healing factor in therapy is in the relationship with your therapist. The phone consultation last about 15-20 minutes and is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss concerns or questions, and determine how to move forward.

Insurance accepted:

  • “Out-of-network” benefits (PPO plans)

Please verify your health insurance coverage before the first visit. This includes determining your deductible amount and reimbursement rate. Please know that payment is due at the time of service. If you can be reimbursed by your insurance company, they will reimburse you directly once a superbill is provided.

Out-of-pocket/ private pay:

  • Fee for Intake Evaluation (60 minutes): $250

  • Fee for individual therapy services (55-60 minutes): $225

  • Fee for individual therapy services (45 minutes): $200

Payment is due at the time of the session. Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card, FSA/HSA card.

Good Faith Estimate:

  • According to the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133), if you are a patient who is not using insurance, does not have insurance, or is not submitting a superbill to insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for any non-emergency medical items or services. This estimate will show the total expected cost of the items or services and will include the costs that are reasonably expected for your specific health care needs. It's important to note that the estimate is based on the information available at the time it was created
