Whether you have been in therapy before or if this is your first time, attending individual therapy is one way to achieve personal growth and implement positive change. It provides a safe space for people to talk about their problems, identify new ways to cope with difficult emotions, and shift perpetuating patterns of negative or unhelpful behavior.
My goal is to help all of my clients recognize their capacity for resilience and ability to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. I provide an empathic and supportive approach to therapy. I truly believe that for therapy to be effective, a trusting therapeutic relationship must come first. I utilize a variety of different modalities and interventions that are tailored to your individual needs. My practice is currently telehealth only.
